By using the Betssons platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Betssons and the user. Accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of our services means you accept these terms.

Betssons reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via their registered email or app notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Each individual may hold only one account on Betssons. Accurate and complete information is required at registration. Betssons reserves the right to close any account found to have provided false information.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: For large withdrawals or any suspicious activity, Betssons may request identity verification. In such cases, one of the following documents must be submitted:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Valid Passport
• Driver's license (with photo)
• Recent bank statement or mobile banking statement

Withdrawal limits may apply until KYC verification is complete. Betssons will never ask for your ID password or PIN.

Betssons is strictly for users aged 18 and above. This age restriction is rigorously enforced. Any minor who creates an account using false information will have all funds in that account permanently forfeited.

A note to parents — please keep your mobile banking account, passwords, and devices secure to prevent underage children from accessing them and placing bets.

Deposit: The minimum deposit on Betssons is ৳300. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, net banking, and card. Successful deposits are usually instant — though some methods may take 5–15 minutes.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. KYC verification may be required for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.

Withdrawals must always be made through the same payment method used for the deposit — this is an internationally recognised standard for anti-money laundering compliance.

• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled if they are still being processed
• Multiple simultaneous withdrawal requests are accepted
• Weekly withdrawal limits apply — VIP members enjoy higher limits
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if no bet has been placed from a given deposit

The minimum bet at Betssons is ৳20. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event. Once a bet is confirmed, it is final — bets cannot be cancelled except in the case of a technical error.

Bet Settlement Rules:

• If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded
• If a bet is affected by a technical disruption during live betting, Betssons will review the situation and make a final decision.
• If incorrect odds are published, Betssons reserves the right to void or adjust the affected bets
• Maximum winnings per event are capped — any amount beyond this limit will not be paid out

If one selection in an accumulator bet is voided, the bet remains active with the remaining selections and the odds are recalculated.

All Betssons bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms. We strongly encourage you to read the full conditions of each offer before claiming any bonus.

How to Understand Wagering Requirements: A wagering requirement of ×10 means you must bet 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawing. For example, a ৳500 bonus with ×10 wagering means you need to place ৳5,000 in bets.

• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the offer expires, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise specified
• To receive the referral bonus, the referred person must complete KYC verification and make their first deposit
• If Betssons suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus without prior verification

Betssons is committed to maintaining a fair environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the same person or household
• Bonus Hunting: Using multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting erroneous or abnormal odds to guarantee a profit
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Account Transfer: Sharing or selling your account to another person
• Match Fixing: Participating in any form of match manipulation

Violations may result in Betssons closing your account, forfeiting your balance, and taking legal action — all without prior notice.

Betssons may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Providing False Identity or Information
• Violation of These Terms
• Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity
• Operating an account from a restricted region
• Security risks or legal obligations

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with support within 72 hours. Betssons will issue a decision within 5 business days. While Betssons' decision is considered final, users may seek external mediation.

From your account settings, you can:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Betting Limits: Maximum bet amounts are capped during specified time periods
